Local Author Event with James Elsener

Join us for an afternoon with River Forest's own James Elsener, co-author of the new book Sirens in the Loop: A History of the City News Bureau of Chicago. James, who began his journalism career at the City News Bureau, will speak about this interesting piece of Chicago history and do a book signing. Copies of the book will be for sale at the event.
