Children’s Room Temporarily Closed Week of March 27

Construction Update: Additional work to begin on March 27

Pardon our dust as we begin construction in our Children’s Room on Monday, March 27. Work will begin to renovate a mechanical room on the north side of the Children’s Room, into a second program/meeting room. The Children’s Room will be closed the week of March 27 until demolition work is complete, but we are still here for our community’s children and families. 

• All programs will continue as scheduled. Visit our calendar for details. 
• Check out the pop-up children’s library in the Barbara Hall Meeting Room, where you can also find your favorites toys from the Children’s play area. This will be available except when programs are in session. 
• Ask the Children’s Services staff for help at their mobile desk in the Library lobby. Staff will have access to the Children’s Room and can get materials by request. 

 When the Children’s Room reopens, a portion of the north side of the room will remain closed for 3-4 more weeks. Please visit our website for the most up to date information.
