Missing your school library? We have you covered. Stop by for some great new books to keep you busy!
Library staff are available as always to offer you book recommendations, assist with digital resources, and bring virtual programs into your homes. We hope to continue to best serve you and your families in this way until we are able to again open our doors at full-service.
Children and teens over age 8 are able to visit the library without an adult to check out library materials, provided they act responsibly while at the library. In order to promote public safety, the library is currently operating in a limited capacity with precautions that are in place with the community’s health in mind.
While we relish our role in the community as a place for young people to gather and socialize after school, the library is not equipped to act in that capacity as we move into the 2020-2021 school year. We want to make sure that families are aware of these changes and prepared to make alternate arrangements for their children in the out-of-school hours. Unfortunately, due to safety restrictions, the library is not currently set up to act as a space for remote study, tutoring sessions, long-term computer use, or in-person after school programming at this time.
