Sing a Lullaby
Singing a soft lullaby while rocking your baby is not just for nighttime. This is a great way for both of you to relax and de-stress anytime. By sharing these quiet moments you are giving your child a gift by lovingly showing her how to slow down, relax, and take time out. The ability to relax will become increasingly important as your child enters school and other group activities where there is continual activity and sensory input.
