Committee of the Whole
Capital Improvements Meeting
August 22, 2006


Call to Order
	President Mark Coe called the Committee of the Whole/ Capital Improvements Meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. Present were Director Dawn Bussey, Mr. Coe, Mr. Soffer, Ms. Ryan and Mrs. Daly.

Review of the Holabird & Root Draft Contract
	The committee reviewed and made changes to the Abbreviated Standard Form Draft Contract with Holabird & Root. Mrs. Bussey will follow up with questions for Holabird & Root and the Village of River Forest.  
	Ms. Ryan moved that the Committee of the Whole authorize Mrs. Bussey to propose the changes made to the draft contract with Holabird & Root and to continue to negotiate the agreement. Mrs. Daly seconded. A vote was taken. There were all ayes and no nays: the motion carried unanimously.

Adjournment
	At 9:40 p.m. Mr. Soffer moved for adjournment. Ms. Ryan seconded.
