Beautiful works by local artist Gayle Fisher on display

When you stop in the Library during the month of June, make sure to take a few minutes to view the beautiful artwork by Gayle Yeatman Fisher. Gayle, a local artist, specializes in oil and acrylic on canvas. She was born and educated in Chicago and practiced law for almost 20 years before following her dream of becoming an artist. Gayle is also the author and illustrator of a children’s book, Three Moo Cows. Nature, flowers, butterflies, water and natural light are some of the things that inspire Gayle’s art. She also looks Frida Kahlo, Gauguin, Van Gogh and Georgia O’Keefe for inspiration.

Don’t miss this vivacious and colorful display in our lobby.
